Hey beautiful people, I'd love your thoughts on what to do with my thinning hair. I've lost at least two-thirds of it over the last four years, and the deficit shows quite badly at the crown and back of my head. Currently, the hair I have left has reached shoulder-length.

What shampoos (available in the UK) are out there to help with hair loss? I know there's very little you can do to grow hair back/stop it falling out but there must be some ingredients that are better/worse for it and I'm not very savvy with my sulphates etc. I'm currently using Tresemme for weak hair and then the Macadamia conditioner/mask/oil. I posted last year some time saying my hair was falling out, and I didn't know what was causing it and asking for help. After a lot of tests it's either M.E. or thyroid, and probably stress is a factor. Anyway I've been ill for a while and have piled on the pounds and so am looking to get healthier. Fellow beauties, I've been growing my hair out long since about December, the same time that I first started dying it. It's only just now, however, that I'm noticing a definite increase in the amount of hair that I shed. hello everyone! I have a quick question..last year I stopped eating meat completely. After I did this I noticed alot of hair loss, alot more than usual (I suppose this is due to a lack of protein).
